Mark Forman is head of Marketing and PR at RetireOne. He has two decades of experience in financial services—the last 14 years focused primarily on RIAs and fee-based advisors.
Most recently he was a member of the leadership team that led the sale and successful transition of Jefferson National to Nationwide. At Jefferson National he led the customer experience discipline, where his team earned a 98% customer satisfaction rating. Prior to that, Mark ran digital marketing, overseeing marketing automation technologies and the user-interface design of the variable annuity trading platform. In 2010 his team earned the Direct Marketing Association’s Financial Services Company of the Year Award.
Early in his career he worked with filmmaker Donna Lawrence on several short-form documentaries including the “The Motown Sound,” and Sundance Film Festival official selection “Jazz Is…” In 1995 he wrote and produced the Hall of Champions videos for the College Football Hall of Fame inductees including the great Paul Robeson, Syracuse’s Jim Brown, and Mike Singletary, among others.
